Day 1:

1: We start with a home and neighborhood tour to show you all areas of Albuquerque that meet your needs. This is a get acquainted tour and we show you at least one property in each area. We want you to have a good source of education and feel for our neighborhoods and our homes. We also provide you with maps showing home and area locations, accessibility to work, schools, shopping, freeway access, etc...whatever your needs are.
2: We help you select neighborhoods based on your needs. We also show you new homes and neighborhoods (our Albuquerque builders work well with us and our clients) and we counsel you on the new home building process and what to look for, expect, etc. We have sold new homes to relocating buyers for 30 years and we know the best values, best areas, best builders, and what is best in resale in the Albuquerque area.

Day 2:

1: Now that you better understand Albuquerque and it's neighborhoods and homes, we will narrow our search for your new home...based on your input and needs we will show you homes in the areas you have selected as choice neighborhoods for you.
2: By now we have helped you pre-qualify with a lender, select the inspections you consider for your new Albuquerque home.
3: Once you narrow your home search, find your dream home, we present your offer, negotiate for you, counsel you on values, costs, etc. We represent you as your buyers agent...and we help you handle the purchase, inspections, loan process, etc., until you close. We help you do your final walk through inspection closing.
4: Our goal is to have you move into your new Albuquerque and be a satisfied customer for life.
